Cancelation Insurance
Your guest can sign a cancellation insurance for only USD 10.- per person for the booked excursion. This amount has to be paid to the represntative at the time for bookong. Once you make the reservation with us, it is necessary to mention that the client wants the insurance and you will get a corresponding confirmation number from us.
If your guest gets sick or has an accident within 24 hours before the excursion, the cancellation insurance gets active and the sick person plus one companion will gets full refund of the tour price, and only the USD 10.- per person will be charged.
In order to preceed with the refund it is necessary that your guest hands over the original of the medical certificate to you, wich then has to be given to Aerolamsa. Also we require a copy of the reimbursement, wich was made to the client.
In case that your guest does not want to sign the cancellation insurance and gets sick and therefore cannot participate in the tour, we would kindly ask you to take note about our reimbursement policy.
